    It is a shame that Andrew was invited to speak at TED ALPHA and not Prof. Gray (a real expert) or someone who actually does regular sharing economy work and depends on that for their income, without media exposure or other forms of income. He seems self deprecating around the absurdity that he was chosen to speak at this prestigious event, and yet he did not really critique this choice or question whether the spot should go to a real expert or someone with more serious “sharing economy” experience. I also do wonder how many women were asked to speak at TED ALPHA, but I guess we’ll never know.
